We do things a bit differently, and that's the way we like it!
Bitmore is a competitive lacrosse club for girls in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard and surrounding counties in Maryland. Bitmore offers a year-round program that begins at the youth level and continues through high school. We want multi-sport athletes and parents that love lacrosse, but understand a healthy balance. Our focus is building young women into great lacrosse players and people. We will inspire and instill competition, athleticism, confidence and perseverance in our players by providing exceptional coaching, teaching the fundamentals, and building a program that doesn't always involve your stick.
Lindsay (Lewis) Teeters, a former Division I Women's College Coach, All-American and Maryland native, become the Bitmore Girls Program Director in 2015. In 2017, Lindsay purchased Bitmore from club founder, owner and longtime friend Brendan Mundorf. Lindsay has played and coached at the highest level and feels she couldn't have done it without the experiences of playing other sports and participating in activities outside athletics. Lindsay has seen first hand how the stress of playing on club teams can ruin your love of lacrosse. The Bitmore program she has built offers a competitive schedule, without overdoing it for the girls and parents.
Lindsay believes in teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse to develop a solid foundation of skills that is enhanced and refined as player’s progress. In conjunction with developing these foundational competencies, Lindsay and the Bitmore coaches reinforce these concepts in team play. This combined approach allows each player to reach their fullest potential as a player and a teammate.
